About Us

We started four decades back in 1986, the tireless efforts and a focus on acquiring experience in manufacturing transformers. The hard work and dedication of experienced & proficient professionals of NUCON yielded a commendable result. The company has grown to be one of the largest professionally managed power & distribution transformers manufacturing companies in North India, owing one of the best in-house manufacturing facilities of Wire Drawing, Paper Slitting, Paper Covering, Super Enamelled Insulation, Complete CRGO processing facilities like Slitting with fully automatic CTL Machines, Tank Fabrication, Press Steel Radiator, Sand Blasting.

Product range includes Power, Distribution and special transformers up to 100 MVA, 220 KV, Voltage class the facilities are being upgraded gradually in phase.

NUCON has ISO 9001:2015 certifications and commits itself to introducing and maintaining a quality system that ensures quality products and services to the total satisfaction of the customer. The quality control department controls and monitors all quality control documents and carries out its inspection at all strategic points in the production process. TQM (Total Quality Management) programme is in place, which is backed by strong in-house R&D and a crew of service engineers for providing after-sales services. At the transformer's quality & soundness point, NUCON's transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV are type tested for temperature rise test, impulse test and short circuit test. At NICON, R&D is a continuous process and the department has consistently produced innovative concepts that have now become industry standards.
