Raw Material
The raw material to be used in the manufacture of the conductor is EC grade aluminium (99.7% purity) wire rod and steel wires uniformly coated with electrolytic high grade (99.95%) pure zinc from reputed supplier in india and imported.

We only use compex Dies (Instead of tungsten carbide or diamond Die) to achieve pricise size and finishing of wire.

The Routine Test Report, Type Test & GTP Certificate on our products are provided with every shipment.

Test & Inspection
The adequate instruments in our fully equipped ISI standard laboratory for following tests : Breaking load, Resistance, Wrapping, Lay Ratio, Size, Dip Test, Torsion, Elongation, Size measurement and Zinc coating Test.
